Providing equal professional services to all without regard to age, race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, status as a victim of domestic violence, stalking and sex offenses, status as a veteran or active service member, handicap, familial status, presence of children, marital or partnership status, pregnancy, lawful occupation, alienage, citizenship status, national origin or other protected status of any prospective client, customer or resident of any community.

Providing equal professional services to all with lawful sources of income including vouchers and rental subsidy programs where the asking rent is within the voucher or subsidy payment standard. Such vouchers or subsidies include but are not limited to: SECTION 8, HASA, CITY FHEPS, HUD-VASH and SOTA

Keeping informed about fair housing laws and practices thereby expanding our client's and customer's opportunities.

Demonstrating through advertising and media that everyone is welcome and no one is excluded.

IInforming our clients and customers about our rights and responsibilities under the fair housing laws.

Documenting our efforts to provide equal professional services whenever possible.

Respecting the diversity differences within our customer base and remaining informed on those differences to provide truly premier services.

Taking a positive approach to fair housing practices and aspiring to follow the letter and the spirit of the law.

Committing to continue in the development and implementation of fair housing practices in accordance of our leadership role in the real estate profession.

Refusing to tolerate non-complaince.
